Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Advance Payment

A non-refundable advance payment of 21% is required to secure your booking.

2. Cancellation by Guest

If cancelled 7 days or more before check-in:

  • The advance remains non-refundable.
  • Any extra amount paid (beyond the advance) will be credited towards a future booking (valid for a limited time).

If cancelled within 7 days of check-in:

  • The full paid amount will be treated as cancellation fee.
  • No refunds will be processed.
3. No-Show or Early Checkout

No refunds or credits are applicable for no-shows or early checkouts.

4. How to Cancel

To cancel your booking, email us at infohotelivy@gmail.com with your booking reference and guest details.

Once approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

5. Property-Initiated Cancellation

In rare situations such as maintenance or double booking, the property or platform may cancel your reservation. In such cases:

  • A full refund will be issued
  • Or suitable alternative arrangements will be offered
