1. Booking & Payment

• Guests are required to pay 21% advance to confirm their booking. This advance is non-refundable.

• The remaining amount must be paid before or during check-in.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: 12:00 PM

• Check-out: 10:00 AM

• Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Identification Requirements

• All guests must present valid government photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License).

• PAN card is not accepted as ID proof.

4. Group Policy

• Bookings for more than 6 people are not allowed.

• Noise, parties, or disturbance will lead to eviction without refund.

5. Guest Policy

• Visitors are not allowed in rooms or common areas.

6. Property Rules

• Drugs and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

• Room service and intercom may not be available.

• Damages to property will be charged to the guest.

7. Right to Admission

• Management may deny entry or cancel bookings if policies are not followed or documentation is incomplete.
